HR Business Partner - onboarding (Anchorage, AK)

Lumen Cross Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Anchorage, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 442 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
