HR Business Partner - onboarding (Anchorage, AK)

Harborlight Glen Legal Group is a law firm in Anchorage serving businesses and individuals, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
