HR Business Partner - onboarding (Anchorage, AK)

Nova Corner Medical Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory submissions. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
