HR Business Partner - onboarding (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Cedar Basin Civic Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 793 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on public records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
