HR Business Partner - onboarding (Anchorage, AK)

Lumen Cobalt Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 348 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
