HR Business Partner - onboarding (Albuquerque, NM)

Rivermark Cedar Health is a healthcare provider in Albuquerque with clinics and support teams, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
