HR Business Partner - onboarding (Albuquerque, NM)

Bright River Financial Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
