HR Business Partner - onboarding (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Yarrow Health and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
