HR Business Partner - onboarding (Albuquerque, NM)

Northwind Forge Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Albuquerque serving households and small businesses, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
