HR Business Partner - onboarding (Albuquerque, NM)

Summit Amber Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Albuquerque supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
