HR Business Partner - onboarding (Albuquerque, NM)

Lumen Nest Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Albuquerque and nearby communities, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
