HR Business Partner - onboarding (Albuquerque, NM)

Nova Quill Legal Group is a law firm in Albuquerque serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
