HR Business Partner - onboarding (Albuquerque, NM)

Harborlight Cedar Foods produces packaged foods at its Albuquerque plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
