HR Business Partner - onboarding (Albuquerque, NM)

Clearpath Drift Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Albuquerque. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
