HR Business Partner - onboarding (Albuquerque, NM)

Westbrook Thistle Insurance is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on policy renewals. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
