HR Business Partner - onboarding (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Field Auto Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
