HR Business Partner - onboarding (Albuquerque, NM)

Stonegate Cobalt Markets Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
