HR Business Partner - onboarding (Albuquerque, NM)

Fernwood Keystone Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Albuquerque, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
