HR Business Partner - onboarding (Albuquerque, NM)

Westbrook Ember Manufacturing makes precision components in Albuquerque, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 114 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
