HR Business Partner - onboarding (Albuquerque, NM)

Ironwood Rowan Legal Group provides legal services in Albuquerque across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 307 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
