HR Business Partner - onboarding (Albuquerque, NM)

Lumen Ember Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Albuquerque. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
