HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Wichita, KS)

Summit West Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Wichita area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 644 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
