HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Wichita, KS)

Northwind Ivory Banking Services is a regional lender in Wichita with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
