HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Wichita, KS)

Fernwood Vista Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Wichita, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
