HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Birch Energy and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 637 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
