HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Wichita, KS)

Cedar Oak Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
