HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Wichita, KS)

Summit North Learning Group is an education provider in Wichita serving students and families, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 902 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
