HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Wichita, KS)

Cedar Haven Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 645 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
