HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Redstone Meadow Financial and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on payment disputes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
