HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Wichita, KS)

Redstone Meridian Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Wichita. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
