HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Virginia Beach, VA)

Lumen Summit Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Virginia Beach area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on student accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
