HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Virginia Beach, VA)

Foxglove Beacon Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Virginia Beach. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 149 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
