HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Virginia Beach, VA)

Clearpath Sparrow Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Virginia Beach area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
