HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Virginia Beach, VA)

Redstone Sable Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Virginia Beach. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 944 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
