HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Virginia Beach, VA)

Bluepeak Bright Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
