HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Rook Markets and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
