HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Virginia Beach, VA)

Redstone Bright Community Partners Group is a Virginia Beach charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
