HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Timber Auto Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
