HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Virginia Beach, VA)

Lumen Vista Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
