HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tulsa, OK)

Highbridge Vale Community Partners is a Tulsa charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
