HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tulsa, OK)

Ironwood Orchard Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Tulsa region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 377 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
