HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tulsa, OK)

Foxglove Meadow Staffing is a Tulsa staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
