HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tulsa, OK)

Bright Yarrow Legal Group is a Tulsa practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 530 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
