HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tulsa, OK)

Harborlight Rowan Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Tulsa. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
