HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Redstone Junction Housing Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
