HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tulsa, OK)

Foxglove Wren Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Tulsa, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
