HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tulsa, OK)

Clearpath Basin Legal Group is a law firm in Tulsa serving businesses and individuals, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
