HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tulsa, OK)

Amberfield Kestrel Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Tulsa. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on repair requests. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
