HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tulsa, OK)

Harborlight Granite Water Authority Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on capital projects. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
