HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tulsa, OK)

Greenridge Cross Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Tulsa. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
